From its lemon-yellow color to its seductive nose of cookies and yellow fruit tarts, this champagne reveals great concentration and richness. The mousse is substantial but light, with crisp, light bubbles. The palate is marked by rich, silky acidity, ripe fruit and delicious textures of cookie and caramel fudge, all perfectly balanced to create a light, yet concentrated, gourmet wine despite the zero dosage. A perfect match for savory petit fours. A real favorite!

Durdon-Bouval

The family estate has just welcomed its fifth generation of winemakers in the presence of Antoine, the owners' son. With vineyards located in Vincelles and Barzy, in the heart of the Marne valley, the estate owns 7.5 ha. Organic farming has been practiced since 2013. The wines are aged partly in barrel and partly in vat, and then waited for in the cellar for many years. This estate offers excellent quality across its entire range, and welcomes you to its gîte to discover its wines and vineyards.
