The nose is singing about lemon in all expressions - freshly cut, pure juice, grated rind and dried peel, lemon curd and meringue tart. Crunchy and cristalline bubbles and mousse create a lively, patisserie palate, without being sweet. With salivating sapidity, this is a tonic and refreshingly rich and powerful Blanc de Blancs that will pair well many plates at the table after enjoying as an aperitif. Lovely.
