The white floral and fruit nose with lemon tart and pastries is freshened by the crystalline bubbles and lively mousse. Juicily and elegantly rich, the palate is tingly and tangy, with a lemon profile, and sweet pear, until the bright, sapide and mineral final, with a twist of lemon rind. A 2005 still so young to pair with fish and white meats.
