Produced from an old Chardonnay vineyard and made from a base of the 2016 harvest, supplemented by the 2015 crop, this wine is fermented and aged in barrels, then corked. Malolactic fermentation is partial, allowing the champagne to express all its freshness. Very elegant nose of chalk and menthol. Rich and ripe on the palate, no dosage is required to appreciate the chalky, yet greedy chewiness of the terroir. A cuvée that's off the beaten track, allowing you to appreciate this grand cru in all its glory. Enjoy with noble shellfish such as lobster or spider crab.
