Domaine Vincey
Marine and Quentin Vincey, the eighth generation of Champagne winemakers, decided to leave the cooperative in 2014 to make their own cuvées, pressing their grapes at Laurent Vauversin. Since then, the estate has equipped itself with a traditional press and a modern cellar with gravity racking. Working organically from the outset, the young couple recently switched to biodynamic viticulture, which enables their 7 ha of vines (including 5 ha classified as Grand Cru: Oger, Le Mesnil and Chouilly) to produce healthy, ripe grapes.
