Gault&Millau's review
Eight generation Champagne winegrowers, Marine and Quentin Vincey decided to leave the cooperative in 2014 to develop their own cuvées, pressing their grapes at Laurent Vauversin. Since then, they have furnished the domain with a traditional press, and installed a modern cellar with racking by gravity. Organic from the start, the young couple recently changed to biodynamic, allowing their 7 hectares of vines, of which 5 are classified as Grand Cru (Oger, Le Mesnil and Chouilly) to produce healthy and ripe grapes.
