Very pretty nose, charming and fruity to perfection. Yellow fruit aromas (apricot, nectarine, peach) and almost biscuity notes. On aeration, a more vegetal world is revealed, with moss, rose and peony. The palate is fresh and dynamic. Notes of citrus, aromatic herbs (dill) and lemon leaves appear, with a hint of iodine from sea fennel. The fleshy bubbles add density before a taut, lemony, slightly salty finish.
