The nose is expressive, with aromas of eucalyptus, pencil lead, black pepper, peony and red fruit (cherry, raspberry). On the palate, a pretty, juicy wine. It's full of red fruit, with an acidic edge that awakens without assaulting. Digestible, it's perfect for aperitifs, friends and Sunday chicken. The smoky finish adds a little something extra. A lively, energetic, joyful, invigorating wine. Good humor in a glass, ideal for waiting for the cuvée Les Perruches.

Domaine Béatrice et Pascal Lambert farms 25 hectares of Cabernet Franc and Chenin in the communes of Cravant-les-Côteaux and Chinon. Organic for nearly 20 years, the estate has been certified biodynamic since 2022. The wines are aged in concrete vats, wood (large wooden vats or barrels) and amphorae. The estate also offers a wide range of wine tourism activities.
