The first nose reminds us of Loire Cabernet Franc, with aromas of pencil lead, eucalyptus and red bell pepper. A hint of blood and cocoa follow, and then a few years of age take us towards cherry jam and blackberry cream. On the palate, we find the estate's signature fleshy, juicy texture that never loses its freshness. Crisp and complex, with notes of spice, graphite, eucalyptus, black fruit and raspberry. It's long and it's good. It'll keep with you for many years.

Domaine Béatrice et Pascal Lambert farms 25 hectares of Cabernet Franc and Chenin in the communes of Cravant-les-Côteaux and Chinon. Organic for nearly 20 years, the estate has been certified biodynamic since 2022. The wines are aged in concrete vats, wood (large wooden vats or barrels) and amphorae. The estate also offers a wide range of wine tourism activities.
