The color is intense and purplish, with a slightly reduced gamey nose. After aeration, it reveals black fruit liqueur, pepper, fern and pencil lead. This fresh sensation reminds us of a walk in the woods on a winter's afternoon. On the palate, the tannins are still a little young, but we can guess that they'll soften and integrate into a nice, fleshy body. Juicy, with black and red fruit flavors and an ever-present freshness, enhanced by a hint of herbs and spices. Dense and fresh, perfect for laying down.

Domaine Béatrice et Pascal Lambert farms 25 hectares of Cabernet Franc and Chenin in the communes of Cravant-les-Côteaux and Chinon. Organic for nearly 20 years, the estate has been certified biodynamic since 2022. The wines are aged in concrete vats, wood (large wooden vats or barrels) and amphorae. The estate also offers a wide range of wine tourism activities.
