With its slightly lemony color, this cuvée has a bright, lively nose of dried herbs, bitter lemon and wild flowers. The bubbles are chalky with a delicate mousse. Intensely refreshing and well-balanced, the palate is salivating and juicy, with citrus, chalky texture and minerals to the finish. This mouth-watering champagne is perfect as an aperitif or to accompany an entire meal.

Didier-Ducos

Didier-Ducos is a family estate born in the 1950s in Saint-Martin-d'Ablois, on the southern slopes of Epernay. Three generations of winegrowers succeeded each other and in the 1980s, thanks to the arrival of Christophe and his wife Dominique, the house greatly flourished and expanded. Since then, their son, Nicolas has joined them on their 8-hectare estate where they use sustainable farming methods.
