A blend of 55% chardonnay, 30% pinot noir and 15% pinot meunier for this vintage cuvée aged 8 years in our cellars. The Chardonnay expresses itself on the nose with aromas of sloe, toasted almonds and sweet spices. On the palate, freshness and vivacity take their place, accompanied by a hint of acidity followed by a light salinity to lift the whole.
