The color is lemon straw with golden highlights. The bakery nose develops scents of sourdough bread and yellow fruit pastries. The bubbles and mousse are animated by textures both sandy and silky. With good balance and intensity, the palate is very acidic, with salinity and fresh, salivating, lively acidity. The very long finish stretches out on citrus fruits and bitter oranges.
