New oak dominates the buttery nose and the strong, vinous palate. Tiny chiselled and persistent bubbles with a creamy mousse, as sour cream and yellow fruits start to reveal in the mouth, and after aeration lemon and citrus cédrat become expressive, with a very salty finish. Too bold and strong for aperitif, this wine needs food at the table. Be patient and the oak in this young wine will integrate in time.
