A lovely light color with green highlights for this cuvée with its fine, lively bubbles. The nose opens naturally with fresh grapes, fine toasted notes and vine peach. On the palate, the wine is pure, straightforward and racy, but never austere. An elegant, fruity, saline champagne that's a pleasure to open with seafood.
