This rosé, based on the cuvée Initiation (here 2019), is blended with a small proportion of pinot noir red wine. Fairly pale in color, it is easygoing in the good sense of the word, elegant, fresh, with notes of strawberry and grenadine. The palate offers beautiful fruit and subtle bitters.
