Superb. The nose of this champagne is vibrant and expressive yet discreet, fresh and mineral, with notes of flowers and white fruit. On the palate, grapefruit and white fruit are fresh and pure, with vibrant acidity. Flavors of lemon tart, pear and beeswax are revealed through a creamy, balanced and intense structure. With its tonic suppleness on the finish, this champagne is a real pleasure.
