An original blend of 18% rosé de saignée from the 2018 harvest, 40% white from the 2018 harvest, with the remainder from the 2017 harvest. The wine's structure is clearly reminiscent of a rosé de saignée, even though it doesn't have the color. Delicate, tannic and unctuous, it would be a perfect match for a strawberry blancmange.
