Situated on the southern slopes of Épernay, the 8-hectare estate is run by Chantal and her daughter, Émeline, who is in charge of vinification. Viticulture here is "reasoned", with every effort made to reduce the use of chemicals, and all cuvées are made from first-press juice. The vineyards stretch across the Côte des Blancs, the little-known Ardre Valley and the Marne Valley. The range comprises seven cuvées, including two rosés. Particularly keen to promote wine tourism, the estate welcomes visitors for workshops, to take part in the grape harvest and even offers a "cellar to eat" service. Émeline and her husband, Vincent Cuillier, also a winemaker, decided to unite the two family businesses.
