Clandestin (sing. masc.): a 21st-century winemaker's house with Burgundian instincts and Champagne convictions, located in the Aube region. Benoît Doussot (sing. masc.): a winemaker driven by strong convictions that he passes on in his wines, thanks to his Burgundian know-how...
