Benoît Doussot presents himself as a Champagne winemaker driven by strong convictions, which he conveys through his wines thanks to his Burgundian expertise. This sentence sums up his journey: a native of Burgundy who studied at the Beaune wine school before working for a winemaker in the Meursault appellation and then moving to Champagne to learn the craft at the Vouette & Sorbée estate. A little over ten years ago, he settled in Landreville in the Aube department and launched his own brand, sourcing exclusively organic grapes from the Côte des Bar.
