Charming bubbles surface in a bright gold colour. Although delicate, the nose is not lacking in personality. This cuvée, issued from a single parcel of Chardonnay, reveals aromas of juicy white peaches and ripe apricots. On the palate, freshness and fruitiness intermingle with notes of white melon. This champagne would match well with salt and pepper shrimps.

This estate is located in the charming village of Colombé-le-Sec, in the Côte des Bar. It was created in 1950 and has been going on for three generations. The cuvées are made using Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. However, the cuvée Pur’C is solely Chardonnay grown in the plot "Les Graces", the pride of the estate.
