With its lacy bubbles, this cuvée offers a greedy, honeyed nose, with aromas of ripe orchard fruit, redcurrant jelly and quince. On the palate, the sweetness of the fruit predominates, but confers a gourmet generosity with pastry accents and the slight bitterness of cherry stones. Pair with agapes based on veal or noble poultry, enhanced by the fruit present in the aromas.
