Since last year, this cuvée has been gaining in maturity and demands to be waited for. Its vinosity is accentuated by vine peach, citrus fruit, juicy pear and redcurrant jelly. On the palate, sweet spices appear and the cuvée has gained even more homogeneity. Even if it doesn't have great length, it's a real pleasure to drink and pair with either more exotic dishes or great classics of French cuisine such as a traditional blanquette de veau.
