Since the 2023 harvest, Loann Mignon has been stepping up to take over from his father, Christophe, who has proudly upheld the fine values of this 6-hectare estate where the Meunier grape reigns supreme. In the heart of the Marne Valley, between Festigny and Le Breuil, the estate’s twenty or so plots are cultivated using alternative, Arterra-certified methods: the lunar calendar, geobiology, phytotherapy, homeopathy, soil cultivation, and the preparation of herbal remedies and energy-infused preparations. The “ADN de Meunier” cuvées are vinified in enameled steel tanks without oak aging, while the “ADN de Foudre” cuvées are aged in oak casks.
