Christophe Mignon
Laurence and Christophe Mignon work with Loann, their youngest son, the sixth generation to join the adventure. The working methods remain unchanged, as does the spirit of the estate, which comprises 6 hectares of vines. The vineyard is planted with 90% meunier grapes on around twenty parcels in the heart of the Marne Valley, between Festigny and Le Breuil. Arterra-certified alternative methods are used here, including the lunar calendar from vine to wine, geobiology, phytotherapy, homeopathy, soil tillage, preparations and dynamizations. The wines, mostly brut nature, reflect the terroirs and are guided by gentle, living methods.
