Torchet
Located in Villenauxe-la-Grande on the southern slopes of the Sézannais region, Torchet Champagne is a family business that is constantly evolving with the next generation: Laëtitia and Pierre-Henri, who have also launched their own brands: PH Torchet and Champagne Laëtitia Torchet. When they aren’t busy managing their own cuvées, they join their father, Frédéric, and help him tend the vineyard and produce wine from the 7 hectares around Villenauxe-la-Grande, which are dominated by Chardonnay. In addition, they grow Pinot Noir in the communes of Les Riceys and Essoyes in the Côte des Bar region.
