Bellini or Mimosa? The nose hesitates between these two cocktails and their aromas: vine peach on one side, blood orange on the other. In any case, the fruit is there, with its juicy, rich notes that are not lacking in freshness. On the palate, the bubbles contribute to a lovely texture and lengthen the substance, reminiscent of a light red wine with its notes of small black fruits. The finish gives a feeling of evolution with hints of stewed strawberry and blackcurrant.
