A splendid deep gold color is enlivened by fine, delicate bubbles. The nose of this vintage of Chardonnay from the best plots reveals signs of a fine patina. Aromas of candied oranges, refreshed by hints of licorice, are also revealed. The palate is round and full, with a fabulous buttery flavor. The length is remarkable, and one could imagine it with steamed salmon with Voatsiperifery pepper.
