Open nose, marked by old boy jam with a dominant Beurré Hardy pear. This cuvée is a real delicacy. The definition comes from the fresh, aniseed touch of star anise and verbena on the finish. A subtle dosage and a more aperitif champagne than its predecessor. A very fine cuvée, both precise and gourmand.
