This Fleur Noire features a great effervescence and a complex nose with notes of red berries, pastry cream, white flowers (lilly of the valley and jasmine) and even a touch of passion fruit. The palate is rich and expresses the entire personality of this 100% pinot noir « coeur de cuvée ». This wine will go well with a rock fish and a spicy vegetable stew.
