Unctuous and sensitive, this demi-sec is beautifully fresh. The color is a brilliant golden with scattered fine bubbles. Tasty and delicious, the nose reveals a harvest of fine maturity, with honeyed candied fruit and dried cookies. Generous on the palate, the wine is richly and evenly chewy, with flavors of stewed white and dried fruits. The straightforward structure undulates around opulent glycerol. Suggested with a revisited chocolate Pavlova.
