Beaumont des Crayères
Beaumont des Crayères was founded in 1955 by a group of winegrowers from the village of Mardeuil. The idea was to work together to promote their vineyards through the production of cuvées representative of their grape varieties and geographical location. Beaumont des Crayères is one of the few wineries in France to be self-sufficient, with 85 hectares cultivated using integrated farming methods. This cooperative structure of 240 members is located on northeast-facing slopes, characterized by a chalky subsoil renowned for its Pinot Meunier grapes, which are found throughout the range. The "Fleurs" cuvées (white, black and meunier) are particularly tasty.
