The bright golden colour of this cuvée pleases the eye while the aromas of marzipan and puff pastry please the nose. Nonetheless, this vintage 2012 remains fresh and lively in the mouth with flavours of tangerines and subtle notes of toasted almonds. This blanc de blancs could be paired with a meat pie to combine texture and crispiness.
