The style is comfortable and full-bodied, with the mature expression of a vinous cuvée for poultry and mushroom pairings. The balance is struck between the generosity of the Pinots (55%), 8 years of maturation in the cellar, and a dosage of 8 g/l on the one hand, and on the other, freshness and a noble bitter finish. Long-lasting sweet spices. Enjoy as an aperitif.
