Galipettes is a cuvée made from organic grapes. The nose is discreet, with notes of apples and pears. The mousse is delicate and creamy. The bubbles are very discreet. The richness on the palate is delicate and silky, very authentic. A lively, sapid finish concludes this fine tasting.
