Implantée sur les coteaux de la Marne, à Charly-sur-Marne, la maison Baron-Fuenté propose quatre gammes complètes de champagnes aux profils atypiques. Fort d’un savoir-faire générationnel depuis le XVIIe siècle, c’est avec les raisins du vignoble familial que Gabriel Baron et Dolorès Fuenté ont créé la marque de Champagne en 1967. Depuis, le domaine ne cesse de s’accroître (38 ha désormais) et est maintenant géré par les enfants des fondateurs, Sophie et Ignace. Le domaine est ouvert aux visiteurs, les vins sont vendus sur place ou sur leur site internet.
