Adorned with a splendid, brilliant gold color, this brut grand cru, aged in our cellars for 4 years, offers a gourmet nose of puff pastry. On the palate, the sweetness of roasted hazelnuts is quickly replaced by a hint of lemon. The dosage is elegantly nuanced by an ounce of acidity on the finish, which opens out into a fine length.

Barnaut

Located in Bouzy, in the heart of the sun-drenched "grands noirs", the Barnaut estate, founded in 1874 by Edmond Barnaut, is now run by Philippe and Guillaume Secondé, worthy heirs to a great family of fifth- and sixth-generation winegrowers. They plant grass and replace vines instead of uprooting plots, in order to increase the age of the vines. The result is champagnes with a bouncy fruitiness. The vineyard, managed according to HVE3 certification, is a fine representative of the Bouzy terroir.
