The nose is full of citrus peel, buttered brioche and fresh almond. The palate asserts itself through its amplitude, and seduces us with its persistence enhanced by a salivating finish. This is truly a great champagne that would be at home with a filet of turbot.

He continues his trials of grass between rows, and to maintain the age of the vineyard he is happy just to replace individual vines instead of pulling parcels out. The vineyard, conducted according to the rules of the viticulture reasoned, is beautifully representative of the soil of Bouzy. The Champagne style is bouncy and fruity.
