A pur meunier with low dosage (5.5 g/l). The fine, discreet nose precedes a palate chiselled around fresh citrus notes revealing a pleasant chalky sapidity. This cuvée, which expresses more the minerality of its terroir than the greediness of the grape variety, is best tried with a cassolette of white pudding with Chaource cream.

Autréau-Lasnot
Since the 1930s, the Autréau-Lasnot family has been cultivating vines, mainly on the Venteuil terroir in the Marne Valley, covering some 15 hectares today. The fifth generation is represented by two brothers, Fabrice and Florent, and their wives, Véronique and Virginie. The two Champagne grape varieties, chardonnay and pinot noir, are combined with pinot meunier, of which the house is proud to produce a vintage cuvée.
