Gault&Millau's review
2019
89/100
This blanc de noirs is predominantly pinot noir, with a further 17% pinot meunier. Very lively, the nose is floral, with hints of ripe yellow fruit. Lots of tension on the palate, freshness and sapidity. This cuvée deserves to wait another year or two for the blend of the three harvests of 2016, 2015 and 2014 to find its balance. It should then be served with a financial vol au vent.
