100% meunier for this rare coteaux-champenois produced in less than 300 bottles. Vinified and aged in barrel on its lees, this Champagne still white wine has a slightly tinted color, a vibrant nose with notes of flowers and orchard fruit. On the palate, despite a gas residue, the wine possesses a chewiness, fullness and clear tension that make it the ideal companion to a dish such as a frog sauté. A fine wine in a very natural spirit.
