The roasted notes present in the bottled cuvée are extended in this magnum to a bouquet of dried flowers, dried porcini mushrooms and wilted roses. The palate, pleasantly dominated by chalky freshness, has a powdery texture. The magnum amplifies and balances all the aromatic nuances. An accomplished wine to pair with chalky cheeses such as chaource.
