This confidential cuvée (1000 bottles per year) is made exclusively from the 3 grape varieties arbanne, petit meslier and pinot blanc from the 2011 harvest. The nose is toasty and very fine. The palate reveals beautiful aromas of spices and roasted coffee, all enveloped in chalky notes. A cuvée for lovers of rarities and curiosities, to be served as an aperitif with gougères.
