Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Coming from a family of winemakers spanning five generations, Paul-Vincent Ariston, along with his wife Caroline, oversees the estate’s 12 hectares. Based in Brouillet, a village in the Ardre Valley west of Reims, they bring out the best in Meunier—a grape variety often underappreciated—which produces superb wines here, while also cultivating heritage varieties (Petit Meslier, Arbane, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris). Here, they do not produce Premier Cru or Grand Cru wines, but determination and time are the estate’s remarkable allies. The vineyard has been certified organic since 2022. Tours are available by appointment, and champagnes can be purchased through the online store.
