A rich, creamy nose with clean oxidative notes, salted caramel and sweet spices. Tiny chiselled bubbles and whipped caramel mousse liven the gourmet palate. Zero dosage balances yellow fruits (mirabelle) creating freshness, highlighting the lemon and blood orange acidity and letting the minerality shine, cracked with nut shells on the finish. Great as an aperitif, and will complement many first and second course dishes at the table.
