This cuvée, the result of a 2009 blend (60% from 2008 and 40% from 2007), has undergone slow maturation on laths. On the nose, it already has a beautiful patina and enormous complexity, with notes of honey mixed with raisins and fresh butter pastries. The palate, marked by a notable evolution, loses neither freshness nor depth, but is enhanced by ripe fruit. With its great length, this is a great vintage! A dish to accompany it? Lobster in court bouillon scented with vanilla and Sarawak pepper, served with toast of salted brioche with raisins and tagetes flowers.
