A starting note of balanced spiced orange, then vibrant almost black fruits with fresh, frothy whipped, powerfully crackling airy bubbles and tactile mousse. The fruits are clean and creamily ripe and luscious with dripping juices, crunchy and fresh with super smooth fondu fruits, minerals and acidity, perfectly balanced and dosaged (2g/l). A contemporary style rising from the ashes of the traditional cuvées of the house. Next generation!
