Still young, but very promising, this Pinot Meunier white offers a woody, creamy approach. Still on the back burner, we'll need to wait a few years for it to deliver its full potential. We'd be delighted to serve it with creamy poultry.

Antoine Grethen took over the family's 3 ha estate in 2016, just after graduating with a BTS in wine and spirits. The winemaker quickly converted to biodynamic viticulture. He takes part in the Champagne revival and joins the Compagnie des courtiers jurés-experts piqueurs de vins de Paris, responsible for appraising wines by intervening before commercial courts. Antoine is just beginning to market his first cuvées: "Mon Premier Vin", from the 2017 harvest, a 100% pinot meunier red coteaux-champenois and a white pinot meunier coteaux-champenois.
