An original cuvée of red meunier grapes, with a brilliant, pinkish hue reminiscent of certain Burgundies. The palate is greedy and fruity, crisp and finely spiced on the finish. A pleasant wine to share with friends over a country terrine.

Antoine Grethen took over the family's 3 ha estate in 2016, just after graduating with a BTS in wine and spirits. The winemaker quickly converted to biodynamic viticulture. He takes part in the Champagne revival and joins the Compagnie des courtiers jurés-experts piqueurs de vins de Paris, responsible for appraising wines by intervening before commercial courts. Antoine is just beginning to market his first cuvées: "Mon Premier Vin", from the 2017 harvest, a 100% pinot meunier red coteaux-champenois and a white pinot meunier coteaux-champenois.
