A beautiful effervescence opens the show. On the nose, this Blanc de Blancs presents both vivacity and minerality with aromas of candied lemons, rhubarb as well as some chalky notes. On the palate, the citrus fruits clearly come out and the dosage in sugar is pleasantly counterbalanced by a pleasant bitterness in finish. An ideal wine for an aperitif with aubergine caviar toasts.
