This Rosé, made by the assemblage method is composed of 68% Pinot Noir (of which 8% is red wine), 12% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay. Besides its copper colour and remarkable effervescence, this champagne offers a delicious nose of raspberries and shortcrust pastry. It is well balanced on the palate and presents a slightly tangy finish with hints of redcurrants. It would match well with ewe's cheese.
